The eco-system is very large and lots of business has been build on the top of it. ETH developers are working on improving ETH protocol with backward compatibility . That means, it would be harder for developer to scale.
NEO
The foundation of NEO is better of BTC/ETH because of knowing the limitation of those. The succeed of it would be getting developers and enterprises to build things on the top of its NEO platform.
ADA
Since ADA is still at White Paper Stage stage and not fully implement yet. We will still need to see with its development.
